The old town of Estepona has maintained all the character of the original Spanish pueblo with narrow streets designed for horses rather than cars and a wide selection of bars and bodegas offering traditional Spanish food.
The beach promenade has undergone a total overhaul in recent years and now gives the town a smart and clean interface with the beaches and the Mediterranean. There are numerous quality beach bars and restaurants.
The Town otherwise is mainly consisting of blocks of Spanish design.
The Town also hosts its own marina. Although a smaller scale and less glamorous than Puerto Banus it has a great atmosphere and is surrounded by restaurants and bars. At night the pace quickens with numerous clubs giving a lively party atmosphere.
Estepona is a favourite with many loyal visitors and if you have never been it is well worth a visit.
Most properties for sale in Estepona are apartments.
