Este inspirat de luxul unei reședințe tropicale, unde apa și vegetația sunt personajele principale, iar spațiile exterioare fac parte din viața de zi cu zi a fiecărei case. Locația sa privilegiată, în Mijas, și zonele sale comune, cu piscină și sală de sport, sunt înconjurate de grădini, pentru ca dumneavoastră să vă bucurați de clima minunată și de stilul de viață din Costa del Sol.
The project’s design reinterprets the sophisticated style of Brazilian resorts but updated into an avant-garde residential complex, with its pure lines and unique design.The large terraces emerge from its characteristic green facade and form an architectural framework that serves a dual purpose: giving the complex its identity and ensuring optimal sunlight all year round.
Ansamblul se înalță deasupra terenului de golf Calanova, cu vederi de neegalat la linia de coastă. Un mediu liniștit, cu o diversitate naturală enormă, protejat de munții din Sierra de Mijas și cu o linie de coastă unde găsim plaje de nisip, cum ar fi Butibamba, și golfuri frumoase cu ape cristaline, cum ar fi Punta de la Torre Nueva.
