Large semi-detached house located in one of the best residential areas of Mijas Costa, in the center of Las Lagunas, where despite being in a quiet area, it has all the services within walking distance, and the beautiful beaches of Fuengirola less 5 minutes by car.
When we enter through the main entrance we enter a large west-facing porch that is ideal to enjoy it both with the afternoon sun in winter, and to take the cool in the summer nights.
Once we enter the house we find a hall that leads to the living room and access to the upper floor. In the living room, we have a large window to the entrance porch, and a door that opens the way to the kitchen with dining room.
